Headline performance for the Henley Festival 2015

February 2015

Another date has been annouced for reIGNITE, their second live performance. They will join artists Jessie J and Lionel Ritchie as one of the headline acts performing for the lineup at the Henley Festival 2015.

Previewing their take on the Gershwin Songbook, Fabio and Troy will be joined on stage by singers Laura Mvula and Gregory Porter, along with the Philharmonia orchestra and classical superstar trumpeter Alison Balsam.

Major announcement for 2015

January 2015

Fabio is pleased to announce that he is part of an exciting new group, reIGNITE, alongside drummer and percussionist Troy Miller. Together they have been collaborating on a reworking of the Gerswhin songbook for symphony orchestra, featuring a number of high profile singers, including the acclaimed Laura Mvula and Grammy winner Gregory Porter.

Already their first performance has been announced. May 4th will see reIGNITE headline the closing night of the Cheltenham Jazz Festival with the BBC Concert Orchestra performing under the baton of Fabio and Troy, meanwhile both Laura and Gregory will feature as guest artists.

This concert will also be broadcast live on radio 2 - the first time a first ever public performance of a group has been presented live on national radio!



Fabio hosts celebrity charity concert alongside Charles Dance

December 2014

Having been a long time supporter of the Naomi Children's Fund charity, which raises funds for disadvantaged children globally, Fabio co-hosted a special charity event in Notting Hill with Made In Chelsea's Mark Francis Vandelli and distinguished actor Charles Dance.

As well as hosting the concert, Fabio performed alongside a star studded line up including electronic duo Carnet De Voyage, oscar nominated director and musician Mike Figgis, singer Jeanne Marinne, wife of Sir Bob Geldof, and the Kensington Temple Gospel Choir.

Release of the music video Nothing

November 2014

Fabio has continued with his film directing having recently finished the second official video for the Kensington Temple Gospel Choir's second album More Than Enough, entitled Nothing.

The track will be broadcast on a number of TV stations including American channels UCB and TBN.

In addition to his hard work in the studio, Fabio also fitted in time to fly over to Almaty, Kazakhstan for a perform with Amy Winehouse's band and superstar producer William Orbit at a private event!



Release of album More Than Enough

October 2014

For the past year and half Fabio has been in the studio writing, producing and recording for the Kensington Temple Gospel Choir, culminating in the release of their second, highly anticipated album More Than Enough.

The album, released with Integrity records, went straight into the top ten Gospel Charts and has been accompanied by a great supportive campaign on Premier Radio.

Fabio has also turned his skills to the camera, having directed and co-edited videos for the KT Gospel Choir, including the title song he co-wrote, More Than Enough.



Outdoor Concert on a Submarine!

July 2014

The summer of 2014 has been incredibly busy for Fabio, with concerts throughout the entire season, including solo piano recitals in Italy, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Sweden and Norway.

The highlight performance has taken place outdoors on none other than an old Soviet naval submarine in the ultra exclusive resort of Porto Montenegro.

Invited by the directors of Porto Montenegro, Fabio gave an invitation only performance of favourite pop songs, standard classical masterpieces and some of his own compositions on a glistening white piano, nestled between the submarine and super-yachts in the marina, including the Maltese Falcon, the largest sailing yacht in the world.

Performance at the Tokyo Dome, Japan

April 2014

Following on from their hugely successful collaboration at St Martin in the Fields, Fabio and Satoko Fukuda were invited to Japan to perform on tour, including an exclusive performance at the Tokyo Dome.

Fabio took this opportunity to perform some of his works from his top ten classical album Reflections, as well as premiering a brand new piano solo piece, taken from a new collection of pieces which are making up a greater work currently being written

World premier at St Martin in the Fields

January 2014

St Martin in the Fields hosted three world premiers by Fabio. Preolium was performed by a chamber orchestra and soloists Ahmed Dickinson Cardenas on guitar and Hibiki Ichikawa on the shamisen, the traditional Japanese banjo.

Two other pieces, Choral and Sakura Sakura were performed by the ensemble, Hibiki and Ahmed, alongside award winning shakuhachi player Clive Bell and the renown vocal group Voces8, with stunning violinist Satoko Fukuda who additionally performed some traditional Japanese dance with a host of geisha ballerinas for Sakura Sakura.

The concert was the highlight of the St Marin in the Field's winter programme, and featured on the front page of the Covent Garden Magazine as well as other London publications.

November 2013

Fabio and Myleene Klass performed in an exclusive performance for luxury jewellers Damiani during a private event at London's elite Annabel's club.

Both Fabio and Myleene gave individual piano performances on a revolving platform, allowing guests to experience their playing from every angle.

Fabio was asked to join other classical stars on the red carpet at The Royal Albert Hall for the 2013 Classical Brit Awards. The evening brought together a number of the biggest names in the classical world, including Myleene Klass, Hayley Westenra, Nicola Benedetti, Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi and Lang Lang. Full coverage of the event was broadcast live on Classic FM and aired on ITV in the UK.




Notting Hill Proms: the historic Notting Hill Coronet hosts a charity gala presented by Fabio

September 2013

The historic old theatre turned cinema, The Coronet, in Notting Hill Gate London, hosted a new series for the borough of Kensington & Chelsea entitled the Notting Hill Proms, which Fabio presented.

A mixture of classical artists as well as contemporary singers joined the stage and helped raise money for the Naomi Children's Fund, a local charity that supports children in need, with particular emphasis on helping children in care within Kensington & Chelsea.

Fabio and his orchestra perform exclusively for Hollywood's elite at the Cannes Film Festival 2013

May 2013

Fabio and his orchestra were asked to perform exclusively for the de Grisogono party at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc, the most coveted party held during the Cannes Film Festival.

During the performance, the orchestra dazzled the crowd with specific arrangements Fabio made of modern songs and some well loved classics, and a host of supermodels joined in a catwalk show, showcasing the latest collection by de Grisogono.

Stars in attendance who watched Fabio conduct included Sharon Stone, Leonardo Di Caprio, Colin Farrell, Paris Hilton, Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosio, designers Valentino and Roberto Cavalli, and many more..

Fabio featured in OK Magazine and in The Times Celebrity Watch list

April 2013

Fabio featured in OK Magazine with soprano Faryl Smith for a three page interview talking about the release of Fabio's CD, Reflection, and recent performances.

Following on from the article's release, journalist Caitlin Moran featured Fabio in her satirical column, Celebrity Watch, for The Times newspaper, putting Fabio at Number 5 in the chart.

Fabio has his debut premier at the Royal Opera House

February 2013

Fabio is the first ever composer to have his debut commission for a ballet production to be premiered at the Royal Opera House. The commission by Ballet Black, an associate of the Royal Ballet, is also be the first time a composer has been specifically asked to write an original piece of music for the company to perform to.

The piece, entitled "Perpetuum" was composed for choreographer Ludovic Ondiviela and featured in the work "Dopamine (you make my levels go silly)" and was performed by the Ballet Black dancers, receiving outstanding reviews. The collaboration, part of the Ballet Black 2013 season, will be touring both in the UK and internationally.

Fabio give's exclusive performance at Annabel's with guest Faryl Smith

Fabio gave an exclusive performance to celebrities and members at legendary nightclub Annabel's in the heart of Mayfair London, presenting some of his own original pieces and performing a selection of classical pieces, as well as his interpretation of pop and jazz songs accompanied by a number of singers including the classical-crossover star Faryl Smith, who dazzled the crowd singing O Mio Bambino, Habanera and Amazing Grace.

As it was his first performance at Annabel's, Fabio also gave a small preview of a new piano composition as well as a sneak preview performance of a piano version of a new composition which is to be premiered at The Royal Opera House. .

Fabio first person in the UK to play the Peugeot Pleyel Piano

December 2012

Peugeot's Design Lab teamed up with Pleyel to create a one off unique piano which was brought to the UK and showcased alongside some of the new Peugeot racing cars at Silverstone.

This piano has been designed and built to achieve unprecedented musical quality. Boasting exceptional acoustics, it produces sound which is as beautiful to play as it is to listen to. This piano’s major innovation is the lowering of the chord mechanism to line up perfectly with the keyboard. This allows the audience to see the artist play from any viewing angle.

Fabio was chosen specifically to be the first person to give a performance on the Peugeot Pleyel Piano and dazzled audiences at Silverstone while he performed some of his own compositions alongside an array of classical and popular music. Fabio Hosting Special Charity Concerts

August 9 & August 10 2012

Fabio will be hosting two very special charity concerts on Thursday 9th August in London and Friday 10th August in Nottingham. Both will be featuring surprise celebrity guest performers as well as the incredible talents of choreographer and dancer Dane Hurst of the Rambert Dance Company at the London concert, and soprano Abigail Broughton at the Nottingham concert.

The London concert will take place at Kensington Temple in Notting Hill Gate, raising money for The Naomi Children Fund which supports small independent projects around the world that look after orphaned and abused children, while the Nottingham concert will take place at The Nottingham Albert Hall, raising funds for Framework which supports and cares for the homeless and vulnerable in the midlands and South Yorkshire.

At the extravagant setting of 33 Portland Place, Lord Davenport's chic London residence which has hosted some of the biggest celebrities in the world, including Pink, Fifty Cents, Keira Knightly, Simon Cowell, The Beckhams and Johnny Depp, Fabio had a Great Gatsby inspired photo shoot with the renowned fashion photography duo the LaRoache Brothers. With a wardrobe on hand from Richard James of Savile Row and shoes by Harry's of London, the setting of 33 Portland Place, which has been used for numerous films but most recently recognisable in The King's Speech, served as a perfect backdrop to create an atmosphere bringing to life the pages of F. Scott Fitzgerald.



Tempus Magazine launch at Jalouse London

Fabio gave an exclusive performance for a party held by Tempus Magazine, the cutting-edge publication for aficionados of quality timepieces and luxury living. Along with a few singers he especially invited to join him on stage, Fabio made sure that their intimate set was perfect for the glamorous setting of London's Jalouse, the discreet members club found in the heart of Mayfair. Fabio to have première at Liberatum Hong Kong

April 27 2012

Fabio is delighted to have the première of his piece Pavane for Strings at the Liberatum Hong Kong festival. Overlooking the beautiful south of Hong Kong island, the festival is taking place at the Lane Crawford building with the concert on the top floor. Other guests of the festival include superstar producers Pharell Williams, William Orbit, legendary film director Mike Figgis, screen writer Paul Schrader actress Rossy de Palma and Nobel Laureate Sir VS Naipaul.
